At The Short Sale Service we believe the work we do helps make our country a better place one loan, one family, and one house at a time. Our commitment to the betterment of our country and the communities in which we and each of our customers live is realized in a number of ways:
- Saving Homeowners from Foreclosure. From its very inception, The Short Sale Service, Inc. was created from a desire to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. By negotiating successful foreclosure avoiding workouts we create win-win transactions that benefit all parties involved. A homeowner is given the opportunity and dignity of avoiding a foreclosure and being able to exit a difficult period of their life without having to report that they lost a home to foreclosure. A lender receives the benefit of mitigating its losses from a bad loan. A customer is given the opportunity to profit from the rehab or other restorative effort of fixing a problem. Neighbors avoid the blight of a REO/FORECLOSURE sign in their community and local government restores its tax base faster. See our results.
- Our Principles. A Short Sale transaction is the result of a successful negotiation where all parties agree to a common, mutually beneficial result. Our Short Sales are win-win-win-win. Everybody wins and everybody gets what they want – or there is no deal. Within the context of this negotiation, we negotiate for our customers aggressively. We will present the facts in our side’s favor. However, we will not be part of, facilitate, or turn a blind eye to activity we believe to be fraudulent or illegal. We expect that all customers make a “Win-Win or No-Deal” commitment.
- Support of NARHRI.
The National Association of Responsible Home Rebuilders and Investors (NARHRI) is a Washington, D.C.-based association representing independent real estate investors and state real estate investor clubs. NARHRI's goal is to unify honest, professional investors and protect consumer interests, while at the same time assisting lawmakers, government officials and the media about the benefits of the industry and the best practices for weeding-out rogue investors. The Short Sale Service, Inc. supports the work of NARHRI at the State Legislative Leader Level and requires all customers to adhere to its Code of Ethics.
- Charitable Contributions. In addition to the individual charitable commitments of its founder and employees, The Short Sale Service conducts charitable fund raising drives at each of its Live Short Sale Breakthrough Events. Charitable donations have been made to The Make a Wish Foundation, The Shearith Israel Women’s Night Shelter, and The United States Service Organizations (the USO)
After our latest Breakthrough Event in Orlando, July 2008, our charitable contributions exceed:
$14,155.00
